Part 1: Our Brand Declaration & Standards
1. Conscious & Fresh Fabric Sourcing
We are committed to the integrity of our materials.
All fabrics are sourced directly from trusted manufacturing vendors.
We operate on a made-to-order philosophy, utilizing exclusively fresh, newly woven fabrics.
To maintain the highest hygienic and structural standards, we never use surplus, deadstock, or thrifted textiles in any of our collections.
Every print tells a unique story, blending our in-house vision with global artistic talent.
Artistic Collaboration: In our design process, we frequently incorporate beautiful characters and artwork drawn by talented freelance designers. While we use open-license and free-to-use designs, we deeply value the creative community and love to give formal credit and mentions to these designers for their wonderful work.
On-Order Printing: Printing is executed on our sourced fabrics by specialized printing partners on a strict on-order basis. This localized, fresh-printing process ensures vibrant color payoff, crisp details, and eliminates the degradation that comes with long-term fabric storage.
The transformation from raw fabric to finished luxury takes place inside our own controlled workshop.
Boutique-Level Quality: We do not engage in mass industrial assembly lines. Every product undergoes premium boutique stitching overseen by skilled artisans.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: We maintain rigorous checks on the technical parameters of production—including the exact selection of high-tensile threads, precise stitch length, and reinforced edge construction.
Part 2: Warranty & Repair Policy
4. Six-Month Stitching Warranty
We stand behind the physical craftsmanship of our workshop. We guarantee that our boutique stitching will maintain its structural integrity and hold on the fabric for at least six months from the date of purchase.
Free Repair: If any seam or stitching loses its hold within this six-month window due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of cost.
Logistics & Transport: While the repair labor is completely complimentary, all transportation costs (including shipping the item to our workshop and returning it to the customer) will be borne entirely by the customer.
Part 3: Wash & Care Instructions
Our premium fabrics and digital prints are crafted to last, but they require proper care to maintain their soft texture and vibrant colors over time. Damage resulting from improper laundering, harsh chemicals, or neglecting care guidelines falls outside our warranty scope.
Pure Cotton Fabrics
First Three Washes: Our fabrics are freshly printed and dyed. While the colors are fixed during production, some excess surface dye may bleed during the first three washes. Please wash separately during this time.
Washing: Machine wash in 30°C or lower. Do not soak the fabric in detergent for a prolonged period.
Drying: Tumble dry on low. Do not leave the sheets in the dryer for a long period after the cycle finishes; take them out immediately, shake them out, and air dry if needed.
Sun Protection: To protect the vibrancy of the prints, do not dry in harsh, direct sunlight. Dry under a shade, in mild sunlight, or turn the print inside out (back side facing the sun).
Ironing & Wrinkles: Wrinkling is a natural property of pure cotton. We highly recommend a steam iron for the best results.
Polyester Fabrics
Washing: Wash separately, especially during the first three washes.
Drying: Remove from the dryer immediately once the cycle stops. Shake, gently stretch, and expose to air to prevent deep creases.
Ironing: Use a very mild/low heat setting if ironing is needed.
Part 4: Important Product Disclaimers
Every piece we create is unique. By purchasing from us, please be mindful of the following inherent characteristics of boutique textile manufacturing:
Size Variations: Because our products are individually cut and sewn by hand by talented artisans, there may be a slight variation in final dimensions.
Color Accuracy: Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your digital screen or sticker prints due to the transition between different mediums (digital vs. physical textile). Additionally, printing colors naturally appear differently on different fabric bases (e.g., cambric cotton vs. poly canvas).
Natural Shrinkage: Cotton has a natural tendency to shrink. Although our fabrics are pre-processed, slight shrinkage of a few centimeters may still occur over the first few washes.
