​Our delivery timelines depend strictly on whether you are purchasing ready-stock items or ordering custom-made pieces:

  • ​In-Stock Items: Products that are ready in our inventory are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (48 hours) from the date of order placement.
  • ​Customized Orders: For custom-made products, we require a minimum of 3 to 5 weeks for production. This process—spanning from fabric sourcing and digital printing to fine stitching—takes time to ensure we meet our high-quality standards.
  • ​Bulk (B2B) Orders: For Business-to-Business and bulk orders, the production and dispatch timeline depends entirely on the total order volume and will be finalized during order placement.

​2. Shipping Charges (Domestic & International)

​We do not offer flat-rate or free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of the package and the delivery destination:

  • ​Domestic Shipping (Within India): Currently, we partner with Shiprocket to fulfill our domestic orders, utilizing their robust and reliable logistics network (including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, FedEx, Ecom Express, Gati, and DTDC). The shipping fee is calculated by weight at checkout.
  • ​International Shipping (Outside India): We proudly ship our products worldwide, including to the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and beyond. Overseas orders are shipped securely via Shiprocket's international network, with weight-dependent rates displayed at checkout.

​3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

​Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the average transit times are as follows:

  • ​Domestic Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days.
  • ​Domestic Non-Metro Cities: 5 to 8 business days.
  • ​Domestic Villages / Rural Areas: 7 to 10 business days.
  • ​International Standard Shipping: Approximately 12 to 30 business days to arrive at the destination country.
  • ​International Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days via premium international air couriers.

​4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

​International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
