Refund and Returns Policy
Return & Refund Policy
Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Strict No-Return and No-Exchange Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made items, curated digital prints, specific textile sizing, and high international transit costs, we enforce a strict no-return policy across our website, including:
- Customized & Bulk (B2B) Orders
- In-Stock / Standard Retail Purchases
- All Domestic Orders (Within India)
- All International Orders (Outside India)
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun or an item has been dispatched.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the highly unlikely event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent due to a genuine mistake from our side, we will gladly resolve the issue entirely at our expense.
- Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: To report a defect or mistake, you must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package, sent to our support channels listed below.
- Resolution & Shipping Expenses: Once our team verifies the unboxing footage, the customer will bear zero shipping expenses.
- Domestic Orders (Within India): For orders within India, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or cover the return shipping costs to bring the item back to our facility, and we will send you the correct replacement product entirely at our expense.
- International Orders (Outside India): To avoid costly international transit and custom delays, our team will mutually discuss options with you. We frequently arrange for the buyer to keep the original item rather than asking you to send it back, ensuring a seamless, stress-free resolution.
